What time do you want photography coverage to begin?

What is the time plan for the day?

Please give us a break down of the events and timing on your wedding day. Here is an example of what that could look like: 10am - Flynn getting ready at 123 Summer Road 11am - Geroge getting ready at 456 Peaceful Road 1pm - Geroge leaves for ceremony at 102 Hill Street 1.30pm - Flynn leaves for ceremony 1.40pm - Guests arrive at ceremony at 102 Hill Street 2pm - Ceremony begins 2.30pm - Ceremony ends 3pm - Group photos 4pm - Lawn games 6pm - Dinner at 321 South Road 6.45 - Sunset photos Be sure to include the address of the locations too, otherwise we won’t know where to go haha.

Formal group photos

Please list all formal group photos. Allow 3 minutes for each photo with less than 10 people and 5 minutes for each photo with more than 10 people. Include a group name and the name of each person in the group.

Do you want a big group photo of everyone at the wedding?

Note: The more guests at the wedding the more time consuming this photo will be and the more time you will need to set aside for this one photo. This is the most time consuming photo on a wedding day, so plan accordingly.
